Back-office, bookkeeping and administrative support for the Amedia Group
Amedia Wealth Ltd is the London-based support company of the Amedia Group, an international fiduciary, tax and legal services organisation headquartered in Geneva. From the group's offices at Carlyle House, Victoria, we provide the bookkeeping, document-processing and compliance support that keeps the group's operating companies running smoothly.
We work exclusively for companies of the Amedia Group. We do not offer services to the general public and we do not hold or manage client money or assets.
Services
What we do
Practical, day-to-day support delivered from London to the group's offices in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the UAE.
Bookkeeping and accounting support
Maintaining and updating ledgers, processing purchase and sales invoices, preparing invoicing runs and expense records for the group's operating companies.
Back-office and document processing
Scanning, indexing and filing of corporate and client records, maintenance of the group's document archive, and preparation of working files for the Geneva and London offices.
Compliance and administrative support
Assembling KYC/AML files, monitoring corporate filing deadlines and preparing supporting documentation for the group's regulated entities.
Co-ordination of specialised subcontractors
We engage and supervise a panel of independent bookkeeping, back-office and digital-services providers on behalf of the group, and recharge their work to the group company for which it is performed.

Amedia Wealth Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales on 11 June 2018 (company number 11407821). It is a member of the Amedia Group, which has advised private clients and businesses on fiduciary, tax and legal matters since 2003 from Geneva, with offices in London, Barcelona and Dubai.
The company is directed by Carl Buchalet, Group CEO and Head of Tax, an International Tax & Legal Professional based in Switzerland with a CPA education and a Master's in Accounting and a Master's in Law.
